Operator and acceptance

NO17 Travel is a travel information and digital services brand operated by NO17 Global, Dubai, UAE. By using no17travel.com, creating an account or purchasing a NO17 Travel digital service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

What NO17 Travel provides

NO17 Travel provides destination and travel guides, itinerary planning and generation, My World travel-map features and related digital outputs. The site may also provide links or redirects to independent hotel, flight, car-rental, tour, transport and other travel suppliers.

NO17 Travel is not the booking supplier

Unless a service is expressly identified as a NO17 Travel digital service, NO17 Travel does not sell or fulfil hotel rooms, airline tickets, tours, rental cars or other third-party travel inventory. Any booking completed on a supplier website is a contract between you and that supplier and is subject to the supplier's prices, availability, cancellation rules and terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your login credentials and activity performed through your account. You must not misuse another person's account or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

Paid digital services

Paid NO17 Travel services may include personalised itinerary outputs, enhanced itinerary documents, My World map or travel-story generation and other clearly described digital products. The checkout or service page will identify the service, price and deliverable before payment. A purchase covers only the NO17 Travel digital deliverable described at checkout and does not include third-party travel bookings unless explicitly stated.

Digital content and personal use

Unless stated otherwise, digital outputs purchased or generated through NO17 Travel are provided for your personal, non-exclusive use. You may save and share your own travel outputs, but you may not resell, systematically reproduce or commercially redistribute NO17 Travel content, software or design assets without permission.

Pricing and payment

Prices for paid NO17 Travel services will be shown before purchase. Any applicable taxes or fees will be displayed or handled as required. Payments may be processed by an independent payment provider subject to that provider's terms.

Cancellations and refunds

Refund and cancellation treatment for NO17 Travel digital services is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refunds for hotel, flight, tour or other bookings completed on third-party sites must be requested from the relevant supplier.

Travel information and AI-assisted content

Travel information, suggested routes, prices, opening times, visa guidance, weather references and generated itineraries can change or contain errors. They are planning aids and should be verified with official authorities and relevant suppliers before you rely on them or make a booking.

Acceptable use

You must not use NO17 Travel to break the law, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the service at scale, bypass access controls, impersonate others or use generated outputs in a misleading or unlawful way.

Availability and changes

Features may be changed, improved, suspended or discontinued. We may update these terms when services or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their published effective date.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NO17 Global is not responsible for losses arising from independent supplier actions, changed travel requirements, cancellations, delays, denied entry, weather, user decisions based on unverified guidance or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
